I will return an email with a thumbnail draft. At this point you reply with required changes. 

That depends on the task. Your vision, file quality, and medium (print). 

All custom artwork takes time. There's creation time, back and forth revisions (2) and order/shipping tangibles. 

Having said that, most photo manipulations take about 10 to 15 hours. The approximate cost including 2 revisions is $500. The cost of canvas, metal print, shipping etc is not included.
